The Club will use information provided during the registration process on the Club website ( together with any other information supplied on request from parents or obtained by the Club as a result of any incident occurring on its premises) to administer his/her cricketing activity at the Club and in any activities in which he/she participates through the Club. The Club will only disseminate this information on a need to know basis to those directly involved in junior cricket at the Club and will be in full compliance with GDPR. In some cases this may require the Club to disclose this information to County Boards, Leagues and to the England and Wales Cricket Board. In the event of a medical issue or child protection issue information may be passed on to doctors or other medical specialists and or police, children’s social care the Courts and or probation officers and potentially to legal and other advisers involved in any investigation which results from a Child Welfare issue.
Club Policy re Photography, Standards of Behaviour, Changing Arrangements, Inclusion and Diversity, The wearing of Personal Protective Equipment, Fast Bowling Directives, Juniors Playing in Open Age Cricket, and Social Media Usage are clearly documented in the Policy Section of the Website and in registering members are agreeing to compliance where relevant.
